Mission

The goal of Boulder Prolotherapy is to use effective methods of returning our patients to the best possible level of wellness and quality of life. Dr. Clark’s approach involves healing the physical factors associated with pain, dysfunction, and disability. Instead of focusing solely on medication for pain control, he employs functional medical and osteopathic approaches to assist the patient in re-gaining joint strength and mobility. Dr. Clark provides a holistic, integrative medical perspective for every patient, and emphasizes the importance of:

  • Recognition: Accurate and completely functional and palpatory diagnosis of the problem
  • Reduction: Interim medical and osteopathic support of joint instability and disabling pain
  • Retention: Ultimate pain-free joint stability and alignment through several medical and osteopathic approaches-and
  • Rehabilitation: Post-therapeutic improvement of myofascial Imbalance and core strength through Rolfing and Pilates.

Dr. Clark’s methods of diagnosis and treatment address the patient’s anatomic and physiological wholeness-with an emphasis on prevention, restorative therapy, healing, and wellness.

He has extensive training and experience in treating joint injury and pain, including Head, Temporomandibular Joint, Neck, Shoulder, Thoracic-Rib, Lower Back, Sacroiliac-Pelvis, Hip, Knee, Ankle, and Foot. He is expert in the use of Functional Anatomical Diagnosis, Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT), Sacroiliac Belt Therapy, Prolotherapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy, Neural Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy, Orthotic Therapy, and Interim Medical Pain Management.
